So did the horror of the Cultural Revolution in China, which Christians like Li Tim-oi experienced. So did the violence of the Roman Empire. So does American slavery and its ongoing aftermath. <br>Is God always the deliverer, the sustainer, the castle that keeps God&#8217;s people safe? And if not, then what?
