A couple of weeks ago Louise Ritter asked her daughter Pam, who is a serious sound technician, to see if she could fix our microphone. She did.Thanks to you both – Nobody even asked Louise to do this. IF you have a skill and see we need it, just do what needs to be done! We are grateful.   This morning before it got too hot, Becca Cox rented a big chain saw to cut down those ugly, dying juniper bushes on the south side of the church. And we started weed-eating around the little trees inn the front. That’s hot, heavy work, too, and requires care not to accidentally cut one of the smaller trees in the process! If anyone would like to help finish this, let Becca know on Sunday – or call her ( 417-298-4728). Another request for Ryan’s Ordination Deacon Barbara Wegener from the Cathedral has asked each of the found congregations who have someone who is being ordained to contribute food for the reception. Paula Shepard will pass a signup sheet around on Sunday, but perhaps you could be thinking now if you can contribute money or items for the July 15 ordination. This is the list from which we are asked to provide something: small sandwiches, fruit trays, veggie trays, deviled eggs, charcuterie board, cheese and crackers, hot and cold dips, cookies.
