 St Alban’s Episcopal Church Bolivar, Missouri News and thoughts – -Monday, May 8, 2023 Pictures from Sunday   Xavier, and RB held the chalice, Lindsey and I held the bread – and the whole congregation read the Eucharistic prayer with me since even with large print I was a little unsure of myself. My eyes are getting better every day, but I love the congregational participation anyway. It is OUR prayer, not mine alone, And I broke up laughing because both kids chose huge bells, and ringing them at every Alleluia, in every hymn or prayer, as we do during Eastertide, took a lot of effort! But they are both so determined to do everything.  Ryan Williams, Anna and the children came straight from Christ Church to be with us so they could say goodbye to Larry and Ruth. It was so much fun to see them! The after-Church potluck and farewell for Larry and Ruth Lewis      |
